Teams for API Users
Copyleaks gives the admin access to inviting additional users, allowing team members to submit their own and view content and scan reports, and more. Working with Teams gives flexibility for segmenting your own internal processes while using additional features like Private Repositories, Whitelisting IPs, and more.
Benefits of using Copyleaks Teams
Content Isolation
Each team member has their own unique submissions. Other team members, including Team owner, cannot access or view the team members’ submissions.
Access Control
Each team member has their own security settings. Including:
- API key
- IP Whitelist
- Access permissions
- And more!
Instead of having all the operations done by a single user, which is the access permissions shared between all the services, you can split the access credentials according to the service that is using it. For example, in case of losing the API key, only one service will be affected but the others will run without any problem.
Unified access permissions to Private Repositories
Create teams of users with access to your own Private Repository. With these permissions, you can share content using a single access level for multiple users at once.
Better Control on Content In Copyleaks Internal DB
- You can prevent others from seeing your documents. (Others will only see the identical content and the ### symbols will mask the rest of the text.
- You can remove only your (as a team member) files, without affecting team group members.
Define Access Policy For Your Members
You can prevent your team members from accessing Copyleaks Internal DB or give access to users coming from specific IPs.
Analytics
You can split your users according to their logical entities and download reports per user. So, you can have the exact usages of this user from all of your scans.
